Plot[]
With the Dynamic Duo overpowered, The Joker is in the process of removing Batman's mask when the Caped Crusader uses a small Batmissle from his Utility Belt to set off the water sprinklers. In the confusion the Joker uses a smoke bomb and trick confetti from his own utility belt to enable him to escape. Later, the Clown Prince of Crime broadcasts a riddle to Batman and Robin on television; the two crime fighters track him to his hideout, but during a struggle the Joker switches his utility belt with Batman's!
